Once the orders is shipped we cannot modify or cancel the order. That order will be subject to our refund and return policies.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>What happens after I cancel my order?</strong></h3><p>We will have your money refunded back to the original mode of payment you used when purchasing from our store within 3-10 business days</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>Why is it that my order was cancelled when I did not even request for it?</strong></h3><p>Our back office processing team automatically cancel orders specific to <strong><em>Out of Stock (OOS)</em></strong> or <strong><em>No Longer Available (NLA)</em></strong> items. Customers are usually notified regarding this changes on their orders to let them know.</p>
