What is your price adjustment policy?

FootSmart will refund the difference if an item you purchased is later offered at a lower price on our website, subject to these conditions:

  • The item must be identical (brand, size, color) and in stock at the time of request.
  • Applies to regular and sale-priced items only. Final Clearance items are excluded.
  • Requests must be made within30 days of purchase.
  • Excludes temporary or single-day sales (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Week, flash sales) and orders with promo or rewards codes.

 
To request a price adjustment, contact Customer Service at 1-855-942-0437 or [email protected] with your order number and the product URL. Once verified, credit will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Final Clearance items are not eligible. FootSmart reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more within the contiguous US.
