• If you are an ELITE member, returning an item is FREE of charge. Make sure to make necessary contact (email, chat or call) to customer service if you encounter problems 
• If you return an item for EGC (STORE CREDIT), it is also for FREE 

NO 

• Returns for MONETARY REFUND (refunding back to Visa, Paypal, Credit Card) will incur the $10 return shipping fee 
• Purchasing your OWN RETURN (purchasing the return label on your own from the courier, not coming from our Loop link) label will incur charges depending on your choice of courier 

DO TAKE NOTE of the following eligibility criteria:

• unworn and within 30 days from the delivery date 
• not under Final Sales/Final Clearance items 
• Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to you at your cost or forfeited if you choose not to have the items shipped back to you.

How long does it take for me to get a refund? 

Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive at our facility. This time may vary depending on the shipping method. Once we receive the items your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days and may take additional time to appear on your credit/debit card. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed at our facility.
