WalkingCo guarantees that we’ll refund you the difference of your purchase if you find the item at a lower price on our website! We will process a price adjustment with the following limitations:
- The item must be identical; same brand, same size, same color and the item must be in stock at the time of request for price adjustment.
- The item must be regular or sale price. Final clearance items do not qualify for a price adjustment.
- A price adjustment must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- No adjustments will be made for temporary, single day sales/flash sale including sale prices related to Black Friday and Cyber Week or special event including but not limited to all BOGOs, free gift with purchase and warehouse sales.
- No adjustment will be made for an order with a promotional code or rewards code.
Price Adjustment Guaranteed for online purchases: Price adjustment includes the difference plus sales tax. Simply contact our Customer Service Team by chat, phone, or email, and provide URL for validation and include your original order number. Once you have demonstrated that an item was advertised for less as determined above, you will be issued a credit to the original credit card you used to make your qualifying purchase at WalkingCo.
Final Clearance items are not eligible for price match or price adjustment.
